Baldur Brönnimann - Artistic Director

Brönnimann started as Artistic Director for BIT20 in January 2011. He has built a very strong reputation for his work with contemporary music, and has worked with most of today's foremost living composers. He conducts regularly the major orchestras around the world in addition to renown contemporary music ensembles like London Sinfonietta, Klangforum Wien, Ensemble Intercontemporain. In recent years, Brönnimann also has focused increasingly on contemporary opera.
